Your data, kept small.

The list

If you join the list we keep your email address and the date you joined, to write to you when the first keys can be ordered. We don't share it or sell it. Every email we send lets you leave the list, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Orders (when the store opens)

For an order we keep your name, shipping address, email, optional phone number and what you chose, so we can make, ship and support your key, and keep the records the law requires. Payment is handled by PayPal; your card or bank details never reach us.

A key cut to your car needs proof that the car is yours: a photo ID and the car's title or registration. These files are encrypted, seen only by us, used only for that check, never emailed, and deleted 30 days after your key ships (or after the order is closed).

The website

Our server keeps short technical logs (address, time, page) to keep the site secure and to stop abuse. Fonts come from Google Fonts.

If you arrive through one of our ads or a tagged link, your browser keeps a note of which one for 90 days (no cookie), and it is saved with your sign-up or order so we know which ads work.

We may use Google's tag to measure our Google ads. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, and in any browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it stores nothing on your device. Elsewhere Google may set its cookies to count ad clicks and conversions.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and to stop any email. Write to hello@bespokecult.com and we'll answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
